I believe that after Day 6, Jack helped Chloe with raising her son Prescott. They could've become roommates while taking care of her son. Considering that Chloe wasn't really happy about being pregnant and having no experience except with taking care of Chase's daughter. I think Jack would totally offer to help her because he has experience with raising a child. For Chloe the only other rational options would either be abortion or adoption. It's not uncommon with two best friends raising a child together. Jack left the US and CTU was shut down one year before Day 7. Audrey was institutionalized so Chloe was all that Jack had left at that point. One thing i noticed in season 7 is that Jack and Chloe's relationship was far more intimate than ever before. They really felt more closer. Like something had changed between them. Chloe's marriage with Morris was very distant and he was jealous and felt threatened by Jack's presence in her life. At that point Chloe was far more closer with Jack than she was with her own husband. Morris also started drinking again in season 6 so he must've went to the rehab and Chloe gained a sole custody of their son between Day 6 and Day 7. After Jack left, she decided to marry Morris because she wanted her kid to have a father.

When Jack Bauer says if you see him again he's come to kill you? You are dead, it's that simple. Also, talk about taking the path of least resistance. Jack was held prisoner, tortured and interrogated by the Chinese for over a year and a half. He gave up or lost EVERYTHING, including his family, his Wife dead and his Daughter estranged, to protect and defend his country against threats nobody else could. Yet they thought he'd give up an old friend after all of that? Wow, these men want to die... If he hadn't done his job? The nuke could have taken out LA and the fallout added to the blast would have put the death toll in the millions, maybe higher. He did this despite the torture, injuries he'll never really recover from and the fact the US government only got him back from the Chinese to hand him over to the terrorists for a truly horrific death. He actually agreed to die to save his country-then escaped when he discovered the terrorists had no intention of stopping with him in their hands. Jack's record speaks for itself, he's already been debriefed by CTU, it's entirely probable he saved millions of lives. Yet then this happened? Agent Ramirez was right to be scared when Jack warned him. I still wonder if he ever went back to finish the job...

Lol not at all 1- Larry Moss is FBI, this Agent Moss is from 'district'. 2- Larry Moss lived in DC, this is LA. 3- This Moss is black, Larry is while and blonde... if the producers wanted different actors for the same character, they would have found actors that looked a bit similar. Now... Characters can change jobs, move to different cities... and producers can screw up. BUT Larry and Jack met on Season 7. Jack would have remembered meeting Larry before, if Larry had been present during this situation. And Moss is a very common surname in the US. This show repeats names and surnames quite a lot.
