The pile of dead bodies in rdr2 is actually a very long and interesting side story. You can randomly come across 3 brutal murder scenes all of which have a piece of a map inside of the heads of the victims. Collect all 3 maps and itll lead you to the secret lair of the valentine serial killer. Take some time to explore his lair and youll discover the same letter "B" made out of more limbs. Implying that he also killed the entire blackwater sports team. You can also buy newspapers and some of them even talk about the victims, including the sports team.

The Yummer being a scrapped character is flat out wrong,it is a joke the devs put inside the files but when the game released it was forgotten inside,so the Yummer wasn't even supposed to be there,it was a mistake of the devs forgetting to delete him after the game released. Also About the Skibidi Toilet,it isn't a secret easter egg,the series has millions of views on all episodes and considering Gmod allows for anything to be created,nothing can be considered an easter egg,even less something that wasn't even one to begin with.
