Agreed I think his ceiling is higher than most people think. Yzerman will need to continue to find diamonds since we likely won't be picking very high in the draft going forward

Tony is a great analyst, big respect on his work but I do think He's wrong on both Kasper and Danielson their floor is middle 6 forwards and their ceiling is top 6 forward more likely 2C but I also do think Danielson will have a little more offensive potential than Kasper but close as I think it really could be Kasper as a great 3C and Danielson behind Larkin

Think Tony is underselling Danielson a lot. Danielson had good skating, vision, and was scoring in the prospect tournament and had a strong camp. Think he has more offensive upside than Kasper. Will be interesting and maybe Kasper will surprise me. Greentree or Senneke makes sense for me at 15 or trying to trade up to 11-13 to try to snag Catton or Iginla.

Feels like Fans are punishing MBN because he’s more than a shooter. Plays 200ft. Lays big hits. Forechecks hard. His shot is not that far off eisermans. If he was playing junior he’d have big goal numbers.

A MBN Will always be more valuable overall than a Eiserman just because he has more than a dangerous shot the difference between both is obvious Eiserman would absolutly need an MBN On his side to wipe out the defensive collapses but the reciprocity is not true as Brandsegg-Nygard knows how to score not at the same level but still

How can you possibly pigeon hole Danielson and Kasper as third liners at this point? Does anyone remember Zetterberg and Datsyuk and where they were drafted and their profiles? Like I get the whole two way thing but come on. No reason they can’t become guys like Kopitar, Bergeron, Toews, Barkov, Getzlaf, and so on. Two way centers that will score 50-70 points and score around 30 goals a year and play great defense and be selke trophy guys.

Danielson and Kasper are a little bit more than 3rd line materials Tony's got wrong on both kids the chances that they could reach top 6 potential is higher that he thinks but still Tony is a very good analyst overall
