After watching this video, I found this one habit that I must adopt: Be Uniquely You. Mere kuchh friends hain jo mere saath hi work karte hain, and jab unko compliment milta hai like kisi bhi cheez ko karne par, I think I should do the same thing and get that pleasure of that compliment 😅, but in the end, I've failed, lekin kabhi-kabhi success hua, lekin ye achha nahi for me. So with this habit 😊, I've cleared; now I have some unique habits and nature, to mujhe ispar hi focus karna chahiye. Spot on. Most of it I had started implementing in the late twenties. At that time such knowledge was not readily available, I had to thought it out. Had made my few short resolutions and habits a week before 2024 . But life had different plans. Met with accident on 30th December . Luckily survived but Sustained 2 major fractures and doctor advised 3 months of rest. Literally 3 months of 2024 is already is gone for me. Hope to recover soon and come back and restart. You can write or record what you are doing and how you are feeling along with tracking your progress. I can't imagine the pain and emotional state you are going through. I hope you get well and journaling can help you process your recovery too. If it's possible and makes you feel better, you can share your experiences and recovery progress with a trusted person on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to help process your emotions and experiences. Recovering from injuries can be one of your yearly resolutions and intentions. How did my reply come across to you?
