11:06 I have had a problem with very strong glue ( the one that gets stuck to everything in 1 second)... My husband told me to heat it a bit with the hairdryer... It worked great! Maybe it helps you too to get it off?

11:05 Try using a hair dryer on high aimed at the photo sticker, the heat will loosen up the adhesive and it should come off easier

Here's what I would do with the polaroids: lay them face down on a table, tape them together edge to edge--don't leave space between them, keep taping them together until you are close as possible to the opening of the frame, then flip your giant polaroid "mat" over and center it in the frame. I think that way you can squeeze as many as possible into the frame and you don't have to worry about their being crooked.

For the tape in the wall you can use WD-40, sounds weird but it worked for me! Let it soak for a bit and the try to remove it, it should come out.
