The reason that resevoir is so depleted is cause people keep takeing fish from there. This isn't Europe we don't keep everything we catch here. Thanks for adding to the resource consumer problem we have.

You are talking about Payne? Didn’t take anything from there tho. If you are referring to previous video, the regulations allow you to take 3 walleye, so I don’t see a reason for your complaint, have a good day
