Remy thank you for your video. I was wondering about your food intake. You mentioned that you have like a small breakfat in the morning (one egg) and then before the rehersal a quick dinner so how is it possible you still have an energy to perform on stage? These little quantities of food have something to do with an unwanted bloated stomach?

Hello! I understand your concern, but this video unfortunately doesn’t show everything I ate over the course of the day, as I didn’t film it. But in the next video I can try if that would be interesting. I ate a larger lunch at home while I was there, and at work I eat snacks constantly to keep up energy! Without good food intake, dancing is impossible ☺️
