Okay hi your local witch here to explain the apartment. When there isnt a lot of human energy in a present place and the place is deserted it's common for spirits to lurk around. Once morgan gets in there and cleanses the place it will get better. If some items make you feel unsafe cleanse them with salt and sage. Some items may be prone to going off when spirits are present so just dismantle them. The best thing is to stay positive and play music around the house and keep things lively and the spirits will leave you alone. Dont let them feed off fear and dont try to mess with them or contact them okay have fun

Hi Morgan I hope you’re doing fine (and I hope you can read this comment as well) you saw a ouija board in the house and some creepy toys from mystery boxes and stuff and everybody claimed the place was haunted. Well this is my thought. All those weird things that happen there, is due to the fact that they have used the ouija board in that place. So they opened the gate for bad spirits to walk around. But if someone wants to clear the space from them you have to get rid of all the stuff that was used during ouija. And also stuff that they have received from people they don’t really know.
