This might seem like a stretch, and this video is also a long time ago, but after re-watching this im finally seeing it. If the spirit or whatever it might have been had said 'break' it either might have said something random or it was a foreign spirit, in a lot of languages including my own mother language, 'break' is an expression to exit/run from a place or situation because something bad is going to happen (break : to run and leave) it is originally pronounced 'paraven' or 'paraven la' example: in a place with a group of people, someone comes back from another place and says 'break' (paraven la) meaning, leave, something bad is happening/going to happen. In my culture, when someone says this expression you are to listen and leave without question at least before you have left the situation and/or place. The spirit predicted that something bad was going to happen, but the spirit isn't bad itself as even Ryland said "I don't think its a bad spirit." He might have felt this spirit's energy, and the spirit using the 'break' expression is another big reason for this to be not only a good spirit, but a close one to them, which is why Ryland didn't feel frightened of it. This might be a huge blow, but I'm just speaking off of personal experience and this is just my take on this whole voice memo.
