I was raised in a household with predominantly non-vegetarian dietary requirement. Off lately I have developed an aversion towards food, specifically towards consuming meat and didn't feel inclusive with whatever diet my mind and body was demanding. I am still confused, I am reducing my consumption of meat. I watched your video, and loved how you incorporated most of my favourite cuisines and food without including meat. From starting the day with coconut coffee to ending it with a hearty bowl of Asian food is something I see myself doing. Thank you for making me feel heard and included, and for putting it out that vegetarian food can also be simply amazing! And that meat doesn't need to be included to make a dish tasty! This was my favourite part of today's video. P.S.- not a fan of runny egg yolks either 😂

I so agree with the shev puri emotion😂 i mean authentic Indian dishes should be left alone and eaten just like the usual way. Adding cheese on everything doesn't make it different. For saksuka what I really do for the gravy is make it exactly like how we make bhaji for paav bhaji and as you I also don't enjoy poached egg so I instead use fried egg on top and it tastes yum...so much more flavours and everything....try someday like that....and my favourite part is when you said that I love sev Puri the way it is....nothing needs to be added or removed from it....I also Love sevpuri so I feel you
