I have a theory of how does breezes get wind charges! First they need energy to to make a breeze rod. Second, they make a wind charge by using their wind. And last the wind charge needs to energise by the breeze. That’s how they get wind charges

Mojang actually add double jumps in Minecraft using the mace with the wind burst enchantment then put wind charges on offhand then throw the wind charge and hit it with the mace quickly and you will get a large boost you can do this on midair too
