Happy deepawali.......May God you live long because your knowledge in juvenile Justice is very precious to all who are in law field.......But mam I am not agree with the provision of children court aged 16-18 commited henious offence may be tried as an adult.......child should be child till 18 years .......there are various responsible factors but they(we the people of India including parents guardians, cigrette alcohal provider and so on) are not liable for delinquency of child..strict law only for child 16-18 years.......
