Yes you will need an apostilled birth certificate. If an American like me you can get it from the state you were born in. Let us know if you have any other questions.

These items you mentioned (American Birth Cert, Id's, decrees, ect)... do they ALL need appostilled? These get presented to the American Embassy so shouldn't they recognize official state certifications?

PSA OFFICE is place where you can get your cenomar certificate. Cenomar is proof that you are not married to anyone,means your single.CE NO MAR CErtificate of NO MARRIED
