Incredible - Pavona maldivensis I think - it's a branching form of Pavona and the shapes look a little different with the plates but the polyps look the same and they do plate and there's a picture on Coralsoftheworld.

That pump is a serious hazard for the tank

@@TreasureCorals I’m not the smartest man in the shed, and i don’t know how that pump is put together, but I would assume after enough rust and degradation to the seals aswell, it would allow it to pump all the water in the sump room, or even worse slowly leach toxic metals and chemicals into the tank which would only be noticeable in high quality and consistent ICP tests, I would just replace that rusty one! If it’s lasted him this long it’s well worth the value you payed for it why bother pushing it farther and risking loosing all that value and it being the primary loss.
