they made it like that. the 3rd floor ticket buyers were all actually upgraded to the 2nd floor without a clear explanation, so the ENTIRETY of the 3rd floor is empty, that’s why it seems like there’s a lot of empty spaces. meanwhile, the floor tickets were ALL sold out, both vip and general. and if you see the tribunes near the stage, all floors of seats are empty there because those are completely blind spots, so those seats were not for sale making it empty.
