you guys talk about losing weight on every show and neither of you has lost a pound! stop talking about all your secret trendy juicing bullshit. count the fucking calories!!!! it's so simple. i promise! you both are consuming way more than 2000 calories per day to maintain your weight. lee, you're sedentary. i guarantee if you would just count your calories and keep it at about 1850 per day. the weight will melt off. after a few weeks of self control, you won't want to overeat anymore. a year from now, you'll be under 200. you won't be malnourished. you won't be anorexic. you can start working out once you lose a little weight because your energy will be through the roof. pushups, pullups, a little weight lifting. a little weigh protein. nothing crazy. you don't need a gym membership. i'm telling you bro, i did it myself last year on a broken foot. there is nothing in the world that will increase your metabolism and no such thing as targeted fat loss. there's no chinese root vegetable. no granola bar. eating small meals more often doesn't matter. it's all total bullshit. calories are EVERYTHING. you don't listen to me, and you can't have a little self contol, then you deserve to be fat. end of story.

Lee, to lose the weight you're gonna have to start by not getting stoned every single day. You eat like hell when you're stoned and you don't exercise. The first 50-60 pounds are easy. It's the last 30-40 lbs that are the hard pounds to lose and it can't happen if you're using drugs every day.
