If Alabama beats UGA with a new coach and an entire new defense it will be way more surprising then UGA beating Bama. No matter the score, if bama beats UGA it keeps the Bama is king narrative no matter the coach and that is way more surprising

Thats not a bold prediction at all. Alabama is dominated them on both sides of the LOS in December. The three biggest reasons for that are Booker, Roberts and Proctor, who are all back with a massive upgrade at center. Go back and rewatch that game and watch them blowing Jawjuhs DL back 5-6 yards. We also only lost one DL from the group that held them to 78 yards rushing, and I don't see where they improved enough on either side to make a difference. Bama is going to beat them again.....book it

I think this is the year the facade of Josh Heupel being considered a good head coach finally gets dispensed with. Tennessee goes 6-6. Losses to NC State, Oklahoma, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia. I think the defense is nowhere near good enough, and the offense was only elite because of Hendon Hooker.

*That's got nothing to do with what was stated.* If TCU wins the Big 12, they get a bye. Likely Georgia gets a bye as well. Both of them will then face another team (who knows how it will end up, though). After that, maybe. TCU is 0-5 vs Georgia overall (covering an 80 year period). Will be interesting to see what happens with Saban gone and TCU getting an actual defensive coordinator.
