20:40 whenever that happens to me I just save the pattern as a picture, go into a photo editing thing (I use Ibis paint on my iPhone cuz I like it best but idk what it’s like on other devices) and I put 2 pictures of the pattern on one canvas. Then I just align the bottom of one of the images to the top of the other and I’m done. It just makes the pattern easier to read that way. (I also do this with alpha and normal patterns to keep my place because I get lost so fast). Edit: ibis paint is also meant to be an app for drawing and coloring it’s actually really good I recommend it if you’re into that stuff

These patterns have remotivated me to make bracelets. I was sick of the patterns I have and tried a choker... looks good but still boring. I didnt realize there were so many patterns out there!!! Also, where can I buy crimper clasps for cheap? I've been taking apart my chokers for them and I'm almost down to my last (and favorite) one!!

20:33 I don’t think she’ll see this but for anyone this might help: If you’re on a windows computer, use the snipping tool or screenshot with print screen and paste either the screenshot or snipping into Microsoft paint. You can crop it and piece the top part of the pattern in line with the bottom part. It makes it a lot easier to see how the strings flow when you’re making a shaped start.

when it comes to triangle starts, i find it SUPER helpful to put the pattern into some sort of drawing app so that i can sort of cover the knots that won’t be in the start and only focus on the order that the strings need to be in. much less confusing if you just remove the part that makes you confused 😂
