1x 2.2k resistor.
1x 1k resistor.
1x 24v zener diode.

You need to replace zener diode with 12-12.5 volts, also need to remove 2.2k resistor

I did not understand why did you put the Zener diode ? A diode 1N4007 is not good ?

Zener Diode is the main component of this project, if you put 1N4007 Rectifier led will glow from about 2-3 volts, zener diode block the current flow to transistor till battery get fully charged.
