Very nice, only thing! Why do they always put the toilet between the face basin and the bath? Don't like that. They need to design the toilet behind the door so when you open the bathroom door no one can see you on the tiolet.

New subscriber alert, great job on your presentation, I’m pleased with the exterior colour not so much the accent and not a fan of the blue in the bathrooms & closet. The black baseboard is not complimenting to the home at all but the wall tiles in the master bath is beautiful. One thing for sure the light fixtures need upgrading.

Hi that is actually possible through the NHT. Build to own loan. Once you have a piece of land you can apply for this loan. You dont have to start repaying back until either two years after or when the house is complete. Check it out!

@@MomentsbyBoothe You have to think ahead to if you or your children wake up groggy, if someone is elderly, pregnant, injured or ill. Also in an emergency with the triangle steps there, a person is more likely to twist their ankle or stumble and fall trying to run to safety.
