I have a question relating to the frase you always use, i am referring when you say often times. It sounds repetitive often times. I asked a native English speaker about this frase and he replied saying that was not correct using it. Because you are repeating the same thing twice i do not know could you please explain it.?

She is a blogger who gets thousands of comments and it’s pretty difficult to respond to all of them. I only have 5000 subscribers, but some of my videos are quite popular. I am not really always able to respond to everyone. Imagine how much comments she has got
