Vertical agent companies will have greater ROI than horizontal ones. 3. Widespread adoption of AI agents in the workplace. 4. There will be more agents than people. 5. Agents' cost, performance, and precision will improve. 6. There will be clear best known methods on when, how, and who should create an agent. 7. Shift from a co-pilot to an agent paradigm. 8. The most successful and prevalent agents will still be highly controlled and pre-planned by humans. 9. Most people and companies will still not trust an agent with their credit card. 10. A more significant concern and debate on implications to current jobs. 11. There will be more clarity about the role of agents in replacing and augmenting people. 12. Focus on ethical considerations and responsible AI agent development. 13. The dark side of agents will also grow (fraud, cybercrime, military usage).

Here's 5 of my own. Agent frameworks will become so accessible and effective it's possible to replace 70% of BPO and call centers and by the end of 2025. Scam call canters will transition from lights-on offices to lights-out black boxes with a 2000% increase in revenue. Agents will be used to brute force malware into existence increasing data breaches and ransomware 500% Data security providers will start insuring data security as part of their selling points - one will rise to the top and much of the world will rely on its protections. - that protection will fail catastrophically.

I spend hours deliberating on flight options, where to stay and how to get around, when traveling. To say this is not a problem that people have, AI travel agents is a huge win for agentics. The internet replaced the personal travel agent but it did not remove the need for them. If an AI can quickly determine the cheapest and fastest flight for me, best hotel in the best area, and help me travel by car or train, that would be extremely helpful. The issue is not if it's a real problem, it's how can an AI do this right?
