The present government is giving every data false. In my village no toilet use by people because all made toilet is very very poor , no waste tank, no water connection. People using toilet as wooden fuel store, hens sleeping room or in other purposes. But the government shown as open defication free village. Near by my area 100s of villages are in same condition. Even no elecricity, no all season road,no drinking water after independent of 75 year. The village in odsha under kalahandi district Tarapadar.

Sir the big reason behind failure of swacch Bharat programme is lack of people will, awareness as well as the lack in timely waste collection. Collection has to complete by 1000 in morning due to early wake up in Indian culture and dispose the waste from house on daily basis but in most cases waste collectors comes late and 3 -4 times only in a week

Some states have fix pay policy it means gov servant class 3 must do his/her duty for five years in nominal fix pay , it is also corruption of government, violation of fundamental rights, equally pay equally work , Hon.supreme court and you also silent in this issue Why Since 1999 gov not paying salary as give other state’s.
