I used to kind of hate him; some squirrely little guy that probably never picked up a ball in his life trying to act like an expert. But that commercial proved that he was completely aware of how people like me perceived him and was totally willing to poke fun at himself. Was always a fan after that.

I love Peyton and Eli, and then the look Archie gives both. I'm old enough to be able to say I got to watch Archie Manning live. I felt so bad for that guy - those Saints teams were terrible, but he was great. No free agency back then. You were stuck on a team for life if you were any good at all.
