Did the 2:55 thing happened because dizzy was attacking? I tried it in training mode with counter hit on "first" but she didnt got dizzied xD

Dizzy is a psuedo-random mechanic. Getting counter-hit increases the 'stun' done by a move (and in some cases significantly), but by how much is slightly randomized. Specifically, it's [[ ((Move Damage x Combo Hit Modifier x Character State Modifier) - 5) x (random value between 1.0~1.3) x 0.15 ]]. I imagine that in this case they got lucky with the random value being the max of 1.3.
