This is not about stereotypes, it's about etiquette, and making a good impression... I mean, for example if you are meeting with someone who might be your boss, or job partner or whatever (it can be also a date but this video is mostly about etiquette in social situations), it's disrespectful to order a lot of food, specifically when the other person is paying and is the one who invited you... idk it's just being polite, this has nothing to do with being a girl or whatever...

Same in my country, it's concidered a bit childish behaviour behaviour (but i think the point is that it's concidered disgusting to hawe food hanging out from Your moth), and putting a wet teaspoon directly on the tablecloth is strictly forbidden in my home, but i guess it's the correct procedure how to do on the Nobel royal banquet and similar. Grabbing chickenlegs and other food with Your hand are also concidered bad etiquette from a tecnical point of wiew here, but many restaurants even serve them with aluminum foil on to make it easier for the guest to do exactly that... Another rule that are to say the least completly dumb and totaly pointless in my country is that the dinner is still concidered cloosed when the king are done on an official banquet, probably not a thing that will ever affect me, but still it just look so dawn ridiculous on TV when he try to syncronising it all and some people still hawe food left on their plates they are not officialy alloved to eat according to the etiquette rules...
