smell ya fungus tab lagti hai agar aap butter banane ke baad use pani se wash na kare..once the cream is churned into butter, water needs to be added to it and then later ghee is made. This ways, it stays good even outside the refrigerator for months

Hi. yes do try this method, its full proof. but also take care- 1) pressure cooker has to be of appropriate capacity. If you are using small cooker as against the quantity that u r cooking, then spillage will happen. 2) Also, adding too much water (beyond what's needed for cooking the required quantity) then too spillage occurs.
