Fun fact: Jennifer Hetrick, the actress playing Vash, was actually engaged to Patrick Stewart during the filming of that episode. So the scene gets even more weirder when you think that captain Picard is presenting to Beverly Crusher his IRL girlfriend. PD: Dsmn Patrick Stewart banging hit women 18 years younger than him.
