Dhokar dalna is my all time saviour dish when having completely vegetarian food! We don’t get these packets here, so I make it n the traditional way, and store the dhoka bhaja in bulk for further use. However I don’t leave the gravy dry, since dhoka absorbs a lot of moisture and automatically turns dry if enough gravy is not there.
