The S23 Ultra doesn't need the Vivid Slider. It's vivid feature is perfect and even brighter then the vivid slider on the S24s.

If you think about it it's really not alot 7 years if support really isn't the only major thing, it got all the galaxy AI expect for phone ambient wallpaper, it doesn't need the vivid slider considering the s23 ultra already has a saturated display and the s24 ultra it's gorilla glass armored which isn't as saturated and for people that like saturation needs it, it already has 10× telephone and it's missing the wallpaper AOD, AOD as a whole is a downgrade they went full apple approach and you can't have a seperate clock style for AOD

They just made the S23 Ultra the phone to buy for the next five years or so. With the updates from the S24 Ultra, the S23 Ultra is the real winner.

There is no excuse for software related updates not flowing to last year's flagship, S23U. Long hold video for slo mo HD10+ also has to be turned off for it to work. Always a limitation for the new features so Samsung can remove the limitation for their "next big thing." What a joke!

Samsung told me that the photo ambient wallpapers are locked to the S24 and newer phones which will include the Flip and Fold 6. It's missing from the 6.1 Update on the Tab S9 Ultra as well.
