If you need more to warm up, you can always do more. But since I’m only using light weight here the warm up is good enough to prepare you for the first exercise

lol. She’s damn near the only fitness influencer who even talks about warm ups. The videos are intended to help people get a great workout in and meet their goals without spending 16 hrs ‘warming up’ in the gym. Do your own warm up then do the workout. Pretty simple……

Love your workouts but I find double repetitive sets are extremely boring. Weigh workouts are my favourite btw. This time it’s just the same exact set doubled..especially one after another not even rounds..
