I waited all day to be able to do this workout and continue the 30 day program. Nothing was going to stop me from doing it. Anyway... Wow... It's really intense and tiring. I love it. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 🙏Thank you so much

I think that means there are rests, it’s important to rest your body.

I had to stop 6 minutes before end due to heart rate getting very high (170 bpm) and I'm really normally in good shape 🥵 Great training thank you Sophie ! 😙👏👋

Super intense. I’m loving this challenge. Some videos are missing, is this intentional for breaks? Ex. The video before this is Day 19, next is day 22.

Day 22 complete 🎉 Here again what happened to Day 21? Nonetheless, i thoroughly enjoyed this workout so much, i think i like the exercises better when they repeat, except for the in & out squat + press 😂 that one was a killer ❤

If you need more to warm up, you can always do more. But since I’m only using light weight here the warm up is good enough to prepare you for the first exercise

lol. She’s damn near the only fitness influencer who even talks about warm ups. The videos are intended to help people get a great workout in and meet their goals without spending 16 hrs ‘warming up’ in the gym. Do your own warm up then do the workout. Pretty simple……

Love your workouts but I find double repetitive sets are extremely boring. Weigh workouts are my favourite btw. This time it’s just the same exact set doubled..especially one after another not even rounds..
