This video popped up on my recommendations and I'm so glad it did! They way you spoke throughout the exercise made me feel so calm, I loved the part when you invited me to smile❤️ I struggle a lot with body image, but this exercise made me feel strong and proud! Thank you☀️

Body image is something that I have also had (and sometimes still have) a struggle with. This was a really wonderful practice, Thank you! The audio levels drop at some parts in the middle but much better than before.

I exercised with you happily this time again. Thank you so much! I have a question for you. When you carry out this exercise, how do you think that you attach a weight to a wrist and the ankle? I am sorry in what the amateur regards.

You're welcome. I am grateful to know that this was an enjoyable pilates practice for you. Could you help me understand your question? Are you wanting to know how you would perform this class with ankle or wrist weights? If so, I have not used these before. While I have no suggestions or tips for you regarding this matter, I imagine you could definitely give it a go if you are looking to amplify the intensity of this practice. Have a great day 🤍🕊

@@gmglobalThank you for your immediate reply.  I thought that a body was strengthened than conventional Pilates by attaching a weight to the body, and performing Pilates. I am sorry in what the amateur regards. Have a great day too.
