Thanks for the videos. I took my exam 7/6/23, passed the State portion and missed the National portion by 5 points. Rescheduled my exam and passed the Natl on 7/17/23. The main issue I have with studying for the test. First Question. I learned it as a Land Contract, or Sales Contract…but it can also be known as Contract for Deed???? Frustrating!! To miss something you should get right!
