I would really love a part two with 25 more!! I really want more variety in my plant collection but am limited to the light I can offer them . I love that you included a couple philodendrons, they are my favorite type of plant.

My favorites that I have in my collection: A. Luxurians, E. Manjula, E. Cebu Blue, C Orbafolia, Domino Peace Lily, Bird's nest fern, Tiger fern, Zebra fern, Staghorn fern, Kangaroo paw fern, Blue Star fern, Maidenhair fern, Norfolk Pine, Hoyas, Peperomias, Raven ZZ, Prayer plants, Dischidias, P. Jose Bouno, S. Platinum, Moth orchids, Pinguliculas, Hoya curtsii, Neon pothos, A. Stingray, A. Silver Dragon, and so many more.

1. Kalanchoe beharensis (feltbush) because of how big and fuzzy the leaves are. 2. Philodendron hederacea micans for the lovely velvety look. 3. Rhipsalis pachyptera and Schlumbergera for flowering so loyally every year. 4. Dracaena surculosa for doing a better job of being an indoor bamboo than "Lucky Bamboo" does. 5. Euphorbia leuconeura for just looking so WEIRD. 6. Haworthia cooperi for having cute little windows while being easier than lithops. 7. Coleus amboinicus for the fragrant leaves. 8. And don't laugh, but I have a warm regard for the species spider plant, the plain green one with no variegation. Got a tiny one for a housewarming gift that's grown into a big mama plant, and pretty much everyone I know has one of her babies.

I love my Jade, Golden pothos, and Cebu so much..❤
I like many houseplants, but I think my favorites have got to be indoor fruit trees ( citrus, banana, avocado, mango, etc. ). Whenever I find one of those weird fruits in the grocery store, I always save their seeds and try to grow them. I also have 2 older plants: a calamondin and a guava. I'm hoping to find something a little more exotic, like cacao or pouteria.

My favorite plants are those which thrive at home instead of dieing fast or slow. I will list few that are tough. Monstera, Schefflera, Philodendrons(most of them.) Scindapsus pictus argirius, hoya, some succulents and cacti(if you have plenty of light.) Ficus elastica, some snake plants.

We want 25 more! 😊 There are others I really love, but my absolute fav are Philodendrons! I have approximately 100 plants at the moment (ooops) and I have 51 varieties of Philodendron and 55 total Philodendron. I’m obsessed with my newest one which is Emerald Queen. But at the moment really loving Whipple Way, Silver Sword, Squamiferum is always a favorite, Golden Dragon, Mexicanum, Longilobatum, Splendid, Berle Marx Fantasy (her name is Britney because it reminds me of the perfume Fantasy by Britney Spears), and Brasil is always a favorite and is getting very long and climbing around the plant shelf in my dining room.

Oh, and mini monstera. That's my oldest tropical plant alive. I got some really good specimen years ago. I got lucky. This one is quality one. I air layered it and now I have many. They have grown so much I have to chop them again. It's the fastest growing plant ever. I mean in the summer it literaly grows faster than grass.

Not one that many people think of as a house plant, but I love dwarf Cavendish bananas. They're relatively cheap online, adapt well to growing indoors, and give a tropical feel. They just won't fruit indoors, but that's fine with me because the plant dies back after it fruits and starts a new plant through pups.

I’d really love to have a walking sanseveria, but haven’t had much luck finding them even online. Have you seen any in stores lately in Philly? My favorite plants not on the list would probably be various types of jungle cacti! I love the way they hang down and they’re much more suited to my home than desert cacti. I have a dancing bones and some holiday cacti, but I’d also like a hurricane cactus! The one at Longwood is so pretty and purple!

I can't even express to you how much I hate the curtisii so it is so funny you put it on this list. I literally went through a phase where I was obsessed with Hoya and wanted every single one of them especially the small leafed ones and so I got it. The leaves look sick and I hate the way it looks trailing. I put mine outside because I didn't want to even look at it anymore but didn't want to throw it away so now it lives unseen with my Rhipsalis cereuscula which is swarming with mealy bugs in my plant grave yard

Love aglaonemas, though I haven't figured out the care for the colorful ones in my space; they just turn yellow on me 😵💫 Some of my favorite plants right now: Asparagus fern (my parents have had theirs for years and I always loved looking at it as a kid. Plus, tiny tree-looking plant?🪴 Yes please!); variegated jade (I must've gotten a top cut from a mature plant because the leaves on mine are HUGE despite being in a 2.5 inch pot. It's just a little cutie pie🤗); variegated lipstick plant (it turns SO white and pink in high light and looks amazing. Also haven't really seen anyone with this plant so I must admit I feel blessed 😇); Senecio Stapeliiformis (though I'm not normally a huge fan of cactus and succulent-like plants, I love the medusa vibes of this plant. It literally looks like a bunch of little snakes growing out of the pot🐍); and of course my pachira which bounced back exceptionally well after I decided to cut off all the thrip-infested leaves🌴

Philodendron gloriosum is just so glorious that it has been my favorite for years. I love aloes, especially Gonialoe variegata because of the gorgerous pattern on its leaves and the way aloes grow in general.
