What type of motors you use to create electricity

Doesn't really matter, just get a DC electric motor and make sure it does not output more than 14V at your constructions max speed otherwise it may damage the device connected to it. If you want to spin it in both directions put a rectifier in between. (if your hampster runs the other way sometimes) However i would not recommend to use it for charging any high value electronics.
