Believe it or not I was and still like there first demo and 2 7: and there first LP. And seen them 6 times between '93& '97'. Good live dancing and crazy pits. Good old early 90,s Lots of demo bands from NY & Maryland Virginia and NJ bands. Mostly East Coast bands.

I remember this line-up. Freddy (the guitar player) used to live up the block from me on 9th street between 34th and 35th avenue. I met him through his brother John. Now John used to come over to Danny Enchautegi's crib (he was the one cop who tried to play hero and got shot by Lilo Brancato, the actor from 'A Bronx Tale'. ANYWAYS, John would come over to chill and smoke weed, and after that he thought he'd scare the shit ouf us by throwing knives into the wall literal CENTIMETERS above our heads. The, for shits and giggles, Freddy would pelt me with eggs on Halloween; all in good fun, of course. I was a 13 y/o who listened to punk rock and hardcore and they pretty much took me under their wing. Nobody in that hood EVER fucked with me.

Brancato was an accessorie, he's out of prison now, his junkie buddy was the one who did the shooting and is serving life.

I went to the record release show for this ep at bond street cafe in n.y.c. seen them over 7times and sad to say after "96" they sold out! money over music for the people Rick h. that,s what messed up hardcore in the mid 90,s and I was part of the second wave of hardcore from "1990to " 1998" when to me it was not really hardcore like I grew up listening to back in "1984" when I was 16years old! old school new jacks!

"1990 to 1998" was a third, not a second wave of HC.

i used to listen to this stuff when i was a teenager. i notice not a lot of people listen to this shit. i started doing hard drugs at a very early age and i think that had a lot to do with it. a bunch of heavy metal wiggers that were basically a bunch of record store geeks. when i turned 18, i realized this shit was faker than a 2 dollar bill. i will not deny i still like the music, but as far as a life style, complete fucking let down.the straight edge people i knew(the cooler than thou people delt drugs and had praying hands tatooed on their hands and their leader went to prison for rape. and the punk rockers( also cooler than were the most picked on bitchfied stuck up mother fuckers you could possibly think of. i saw something on tv about the 90s being the last great decade and i pretty much agree, but their was also alot of bullshit just like this. man i wish i would have hung out with cooler people
