**NOTES** - You CAN use repair kits in lockdown. Once your car is critical, the repair kit triggers after you survive the critical stage. This is bugged in my game (which is why i thought your couldn't. - If YOU ARENT CARS ARN'T EXTRACTING...It may be linked to a garage bug that happens when you have a lot of cars. Try reducing the number of cars to around 120 and then go extract another vehicle. Hopefully that works!

For repairing, if there is no gas station nearby, swapping to any random parked car, then swapping back to the car you are currently using will repair it up to full health.

FYI if you like playing solo just set your crew to private and 8/10 you’ll be placed in your own lobby. Absolute cheat code if you want to complete contracts fast and just get certain cars that you haven’t unlocked yet. I got Chiron and a P1 doing this.

Little trick you can do if you're the only one in a lockdown race is get both cash crates instead of 1 since usually you only have time to drive into 1. Doing this in an A+ race gave me around 70k instead of the normal 44k

A really good tip to know about pursuit tech 1. You can find level two pursuit tech within the lockdown zone and within lock-ups (very beneficial since all three pursuit tech gain a extra charge with their stronger versions) 2. ESF IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, not only does it COMPLETELY STOPS the tick damage from the lockdown zone for its duration, But also makes you completely imuse to spike strips and stops EMP lock-on, great for when your racing and spikes are widely use to hold the lead and vice versa when someone attempts to slow you down with a EMP while your first

Best bit is collecting all the Blacklist cars already to unlock the pristine M3 GTR. Also funny fact is the stock engine in the M3 GTR can't reach 400+. A Pro tip is doing the activities and beating Racer X's score rewards more money faster than doing races or simply collecting money from crates outside the Lockdown zones. Also try and memorize the lock-up spawn locations and as a team search them out from the start while collecting money as you can usually find the 4 to 5 lock-up locations each session as a team before or just after Razor opens up the 1st lock-up location on the map.

in every match there are 5 lockups random placed in the map, people have made a map of all these locations on reddit. Razor opens 3 of the 5 lockups meaning 2 of the lockups remain hidden and wont show up on the map and can only be opened with 100k

If you find a lockup before Racer X opens it, you won't even be able to enter with a bike and will have to spend 100K even with a bike.

Me and friends play on PS5 we all are on the hunt for black list cars so we decided to turn off cross play and 3 out off 5 lobbys that we join we got the lobby for our self's, I haven't seen past 6 players including us. We get better chances to find some worth it, especially if we all have bikes

Repair kits do work in lockdown, you just can't do the crash and repair trick like you could do normally (as getting to 0 hp puts you in downed status despite having the kit). Just survive for some time when on critical damage and the repair kit will auto use.

You can use a repair kit in Lockdown., but you need to wait until your car is in critical condition, then survive until the kit activates automatically.

Probably unintentional, but you left out 1 crucial thing about the extraction truck, and that is the electric blast it gives off once someone has fully extracted it. If you or an enemy team successfully extracts the truck while you're very close to its zone, that little blast the truck gives off will completely one-shot your or the rival teams car no matter how much health you have.

If you know you won't be able to take over the truck before the other team does, I'd say to personally back off from it because otherwise, you're have a high risk of completely destroying your car and possibly your run.

another thing for repairing is if you join a race it will fix your car in the loading bit just before the race starts

1:09 actually no. If you swap a car that’s parked around the city you don’t keep it. I swapped a dodge challenger immediately after spawning in. It wasn’t somebody else’s vehicle either. And I could still only use it for 24 hours. Not keep it

It has to be inside of a (closed) lock up. If a player opens a lock up and leaves the car, you can confirm you keep it if it says “swap vehicle”. If it says “jack vehicle” it's another player's car

yeah I'm still getting used to this mode but the problem is that the bikes doesn't show on the map until a certain time is anowing, and most of the cars ain't as fast to catch up to the truck that's far away.

What's so stupid about this dlc is when u lose internet connection it automatically impounds ur car even if u don't have cops on u it happened to me 7 times and it makes me mad it should not count unless u get busted by the cops then i would be okay with that

1:17 this is wrong. I found a Veyron in the zone and no one else owned it before me and I only had it for 24 hours, any car you leave with you only keep for 24 hours. Only cars you keep permanently are in lockups.

You forgot to mention that there are 5 spawns and only 3 are revealed . So if youre alone and u razor doesnt give u some Blacklist cars just drive to All the spawn locations and check them

Gas stations will be unlimited if you are not chased by the police, you can repair them whenever you want without waiting.

During my first game of Lockdown I extracted with a Dodge Challenger from the streets but it didn't let me keep the car. I wanted it because you otherwise need to do 40 takedowns in I think A or A+ playlists. From what I read on the official NFSU page is that you only get to keep cars from lockups? If I'm wrong let me know as I'd like to get cars that spawn from the streets in my collection too if it bypasses the race challenge.

You can start Lockdown alone by changing to a private session. I think on PS you have to push Triangle to change from open to private crew :) i always do that

I might try it but does stink that the bike is not usable in freeroam or anywhere else. I assume it’s sort of a beta testing ground for it perhaps for the next game but I do hope they don’t separate single player and online again or ever again it just makes everything feel so disjointed. Same with the M3. It’s nice but I assume there will be a next game. I do hope this is THE template for whatever might be next. I love Criterion but yet again I feel the publisher EA shafted the franchise and by extension the team. I loved MW 2012 yea I said it and HP 2010. (Less of a hot take here) Criterion needs to be given more control and time regardless of Battlefield (AGAIN)

It’s a bug. It’s tied to the number of cars in your garage. You need to have around 120 or less to get the cars.
