Best bathrooms in Hollywood Studios is the bathroom upstairs at PizzaRizzos. Usually empty and you can take a break in the AC. Great place to wait for your LL or ILL in Galaxy’s edge.

@@lisah8070 I haven’t been back at Disney World since August 2023, and then I remember only one or two nights of six of our stay included extra magic hours. Next trip is this August and only one of our 4 nights is EMH at HS. Maybe I’m just misremembering but my memory of our 2019 trip was that each night one of the parks had EMH so we always planned our park day around it. I might be wrong, does anyone else remember having way more EMH?

They used to do it before and after park hours for anyone staying at a Disney resort, which was awesome. The mornings were longer than a 1/2 hour, too. Now, they do it at every park for anyone staying in a Disney resort. And they do it in the evenings for people staying in the Deluxe resorts. Most of the time, it’s only at Epcot and MK, but certain times of year, they do the other parks.

@@lianelayman6584 yeah so I've seen on the anticipated crowd level maps for this year and from previous years. Being that it's just my gf and I with no kids I think we should be ok. First time going without any kids (we don't have any but took our nephews in December of 22 and years past was with my younger siblings/cousins) so we should save some time not having to do character meets or any little kid rides

Concerning the Hollywood Brown Derby: everyone touts the grapefruit cake dessert. But not everyone can eat grapefruit because of medications they take. I checked when i ate there in January - and yes, indeed, it’s not just flavoring - there really is grapefruit in that dessert.

#1 Tip: Don’t go to DHS until after the sun goes down. a. The woeful lack of shade and abundance of concrete means you’re getting blasted by solar rays from both the top and the bottom, reflected off the pavement. b. The park (chiefly Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd) is infinitely more beautiful at night with the Old Hollywood lighting and neon accents. c. Two showings of Fantasmic are advantageous…at 9 pm Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run are essentially walk-ons. After you do those, most of the park is closed, so you can catch the 10:30 Fantasmic or do some easy shopping.

It’s a lot of information all at once, for sure! But once you’re in the park, it’ll start making way more sense! (At least, it always does for me because I’m more of a visual/hands-on learner - haha) We’ll help you figure things out!

The main thing you need to know is to book any sit down restaurants beforehand, but there are more than enough mobile ordering places if you don't! Dont over pack! Everything else is just dealing with crowds. Plan on at least one full day per park, no hopping to hotels for lunch or any of that because there just is not enough time!

Since that's one of the few marvel characters disney world can use. I look at hollywood studios as the park that can attract more of the thrill seekers.

I mainly go to Hollywood solely for Rock n Rollercoaster and Tower of Terror, the Little Mermaid show, the Indiana Jones Stuntacular, and Muppet Vision. Always a phenomenal time. Imo, the whole rest of the park has seen a downgrade compared to what it once was. I adore Star Wars but the land is very disappointing for me personally. Still some worthwhile things to do but not too much…

@@NinthShinigami ET, gringott's, mummy, and to a lesser extent rip ride rockit are the only standout rides for me. The rest is pretty forgettable to bad. I'm not including islands of adventure since that's an entirely separate park.

@@metallicnole4514 if we’re going just by the rides, E.T., Mummy, Rip Ride, Gringotts, Transformers, Men In Black, are all rides I love to certain extents, my favorites being E.T. and Gringotts. I also love the theming and areas of the park, like Diagon Alley, like Springfield, walking down the different city landscapes they got etc. To me, while Universal Florida could use some touch ups and better rides, it still beats out Hollywood Studios for me. I really only love the stuff I listed there. And I’m a massive Star Wars fan (tho yes, minus the sequels but that’s not why I don’t like Galaxy’s Edge lol). And oh man, don’t even get me started with Islands haha, that’s my all time favorite theme park, way over even the 4 Disney World parks for me :)

@@NinthShinigami For me, I don't care for men in black. Transformers is a ride I do if the wait is short, but it's a lesser version of spiderman. I don't like harry potter so that theming is lost on me (as nice as diagon alley it looks) and the simpsons is outdated and needs to be rethemed. I miss classic universal when it had practical effects and movie sets.

I had no idea you could just walk on Rise of Resistance! I thought you had to get a boarding pass but we walked on in 50 mins! Watch out for all those dang line jumpers! People have a family member get in line while they do other stuff and then walk past you to get on when the family member is close to the front! Shouldn't be allowed!

@@dfbbreea Here’s the itinerary: my mom and I are flying in early on the 9th and staying at art of animation. We’re going to briefly check out the resort and pools before heading over to Disney Springs for the rest of the day. I have dinner reservations at Art Smith’s Homecoming for the first night. On the 10th, we’re going to Epcot with reservations at Via Napoli. The 11th is our Hollywood studios day with reservations at Hollywood and vine. The 12th will be our animal kingdom day with reservations at Boma after the park closes. The 13th is our magic kingdom day with reservations for Be Our Guest and tickets to mickeys not so scary Halloween party. I’m not sure about my mom, but I plan on rope dropping early entry all four days and staying until close. I haven’t decided if genie plus will be necessary though, and I’m still confused about it despite trying to educate myself on it. My main concern is to get virtual queues for Guardians, Tiana’s, and Tron or individual lightning lanes if I miss the queues. I was planning to rope drop all of the most popular rides first for all the parks, so I’m not sure if I’ll still need genie plus to make the most out of all the parks in a day. I was thinking that if genie plus is necessary, it would probably only be necessary for the Hollywood studios day. Whatever I don’t get to ride during the day at magic kingdom, I could probably ride during the Halloween party when it isn’t as crowded.
