I swear by Melatonin when I travel; not just on the flight. If there is a significant time difference, it helps adjust faster to the new time zone.

I haven’t tried melatonin on a plane but like it when I arrive to get on the new time zone

sunscreen could be for a layover. I was flying from brisbane, Australia to manchester, UK & stopping in Dubai last summer. It was 42 degrees.

I have the charger/phone stand. It collapses easily so I never use it as a stand.
