I was just asked to repair one and the vertical size is too small at max setting and the horizontal size is way to small. Yoke is k7400 and k7000 compatible

There is no contrast adjustment. You adjust the red, green, and blue pots

Is there a resource for specs on those universal chassis? I have two and the only model number on the boxes are 21-L. The chassis say HL14-21. The neckboards say HL25-H. I'm scared to hook them up to any yokes I have because I have no docs of any kind.

Also, do you know the difference between the two yoke connectors? Mine looks almost exactly the same as what you are fixing in the video, but I have completely different model numbers.

Not that I'm aware of. They are so cheaply made that I don't thing any technical info is posted. If it's 25," it's pretty much guaranteed to work with any standard res yoke. K7000, U2000, K7400, Hantarex Polo, Neotec, etc. Only the 19" versions have different models for G07/K4900/K7000 yokes. Those are usually marked for high/low impedance though so you would know before hand.
