The word is fruit. You can say "Apple, banana..." 'cause just one word would make them think it's about that specific thing. But instead he starts with "Opposite of vegetable, sweet." Once their brain starts thinking opposite of vegetable, they're in the wrong mindset. I know people get nervous but "fruit" is an easy one to start out on, to calm your nerves.
