Let's just remind ourselves that the same amount he spent to hit full pity on jinx skin with NO PITY system, would have gotten him 2-3 5 star characters in any mhy game that HAS pity. Besides, him rolling the jinx skin before pity isn't even early pity. He hit the 0.5% chance, which could have happened on any roll, whether 1st or 79th. It's a shame people will still buy into this system and riot is gonna keep making more of them so long as they aren't too egregious for actual laws to apply.

Having a guarantee after a certain amount of rolls is a pity system, no pity is that it's never guaranteed and you have to keep rolling with no increased odds. Yes some older gacha games did that

i mean, to be honest with all this hate about these exalted skins, the sad reality is, nothing can be done to change it. First of all, it's a cosmetic. A lot of people can give the simple argument, that since it doesn't affect gameplay the slightest, you shouldn't even care, as it doesn't change the game's integrity (even though it has already ruined RIOT ITSELF's integrity). Second, if you remember the Faker Ahri Skin Boycott, alot of the western parts of league did participate and a bit of the eastern as well, but aside from that, other countries, ESPECIALLY KOREA, did NOT care about the "boycott" and sales/gameplay of Ahri stayed consistent (Look at Rival's video on it. It did indeed make an impact, but Korea was not affected AT ALL). Ultimately, as long as Riot sees the money numbers as perfectly normal, then they wont do anything to change it. There is nothing we can do 😥.
