Based on what you saw this year do you think the snow numbers are way down? Here in the states the feds are saying the snow goose population is down 87%. Which I personally don't believe for a second. Here in Nebraska the numbers were insane this year. They move through every year in huge numbers but this year there seemed to be even more. Curious on your take.

I def didn’t see them looking or feeling like they were down. It really is hard to say though. I think we would notice an 87% reduction though.

87%!?!? Absolutely not. It did seem like a bad hatch (very few juvies here in Arkansas), but that’s a one year deal. It happens.

No way they’re down 87%. Hunted North Saskatchewan this Spring and smashed em just like last year. Weather messed up migration pretty bad this year. They moved north earlier and quicker than usual due to lack of snow up north to slow migration. Every year is different. Saw lots of birds, shot over 600 in week trip. Love snow geese hunts

The number of snow geese are down in Texas because due to no-till farming they're not going down there is readily as I used to
