@@kidatheart55 Agreed re pups' noise. Not to worry: They r quiet enough! They r really well-behaved though considering all the changes they've had to adjust to recently. It's a lot 4 all of u! Ideas: With technology and a sound system pups can learn calm and have quiet time while u work. Clickers -- and obnoxious horns to remind them to lie down along with your unique "puppy security system" (2 old monitors with a web cam and speaker, and your clicker/horns and some training -- no problem. You can talk them into lying down.) -- might be a start. Or a local vet or art college student side-lined from their goals by Pandemic might be willing to exchange puppy sitting time with "the boys" for home-cooked meals or lumber scraps, etc. or time learning from you. Apprenticeship, anyone? Your work hours are set in freshest time 4 u, I imagine. (I don't produce paint results well late or at night ) so "the cute boys" r going to have to fall in line. They need a job or two -- such a high energy breed. BTW: U might want to cover your wood floors for duration of refurb. Painters' cloth probably wouldn't be your first choice, but velvet construction grade flooring -- the reddish noise-tamping product -- taped on the wood flooring would save u stress and preserve floors. That would be worth it in long run. Camping out is probably what you're in 4 during project. A grill and an electric skillet would help and some dollar store pots to go along with the paper plates you mentioned today --- when eating with the family isn't in the cards. It's an adventure. The kids can get in to the act on the weekends coming up with thrifty meals and ideas. They r not too young to have camping/adventure ideas and to pitch in. They r your kids! LoL

Absolutely lovely Kanella, always a joy to watch you. You put a smile on my face during this difficult time in my life. My mother was rushed to hospital last Wednesday, she had another heartache and a stroke because she was sepsis from an infection. So watching you was a moment to smile. Also my anniversary is also Sept. 12th, although we were unable to celebrate this year its been 17 yrs.

I love that base color!! And yes yes yes do the other color palette I gives a very nice fall vibe but I think the brown would be nice instead of the copper. Plus you very rarely use brown so it would be nice to see how you work dark brown as a contrast color 😜

Sounds a little like thunder. You can use any colors....we will watch no matter what. We are headed for 49 yrs and haven’t killed him either.....there are days!!! Peachy color looks like ice cream!

Love this color palette...the end result was very pretty & I woulddefintely love to see the warm color palette that you showed us as well!! Quick question...have you ever had small oil-splatter type spots in your base paint once it dried. I did a red base paint (using artist loft flow paint) this weekend and once it was dried those spots appeared so I'm currently trying to cover them up so I don't have to scrap the whole canvas. I used your ratios for the paint so I'm sure that wasn't the problem...was wondering if it could be that the floetrol was bad?...it didn't smell like rotten eggs though. I just started using floetrol with my paints (I previously used only water & paint) so I'm not sure if this sometimes occurs with floetrol.

usually that happens with metallic paints.. not sure why it happened to you though... its not from the floetol unless you didnt shake it enough? Floetrol has oil in it.. it needs a GOOD shaking

Hi, love the dogs, they got my dog into trouble for running around and ending up behind my chair. I told her she was too old to be running like that! Whenyou spoke about your dogs making a noise I had to apologise to her, my excuse is that I'm wearing new headphones and I think my stereo has gone 3D! Love the colours in this one although they are not really mine, but love the red oxice combo, hope I don't miss it. I've unsubscribed and re subscribes on all the sites I go to and I'm still not getting ANY KZbin notifications. I'm missing all my favourite divine artists at the moment. Just love, love, love your work warts and all. Keep the floof work going. It's nice that in the crossover of seasons your temps in Canada are pretty much the same as where I live in Australia, but we at least are getting warmer. Jo from Canberra.
