Me and my wife do the Keto Diet "No Carbs". We also only eat (intermittent fasting) between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. I completey reversed my type II diabetes. It is a simple diet to do, Im never hungry. My weight went from 200 lbs to 165 over several months. I easily maintain my weight of 165 and been doing this everyday now for about 2 years... I used to be a vegeterian like Artimus for over 10 years but it was the high carb vegetables like potatos, corn and carrots along with the bread that was making me a fat bastard...

Yay you!! It's SO simple but folks just will not prioritize their health! COVID freaked my hubbie out and after researching, went carb-free. He went from 260 to 190. Several medical issues vanished!! Barrett' esophagus, pre-diabetic, plantar fascists, arthritis issues and even his hand tremor lessened. 🤩☮️

@@Cagey-1 David Gildeleon’s comment on Allen Collin’s Band post in 2018: i left my home in Bogota New Jersey 1981 moved to Jacksonville.i was born with asthma,,moved over to the southside jax..i am a master carpenter , and pro ,painter,, fell in a manhole july 89..had surgeries on both knees,9 times on each,,,had got the flu with asthma..was in his room at University Hospital... i was there in the hospital for almost a month, we spent two weeks playing cards talking ...and we became friends, for the short time we spent together . we share stories....for the time i was there with him.. no one came to see him but doctors and nurses .. thats it no family no friends.. no one .. my wife and daughter Natalie.came to see me a few times....one nite while playing cards he told me of the drinking and the drugs, the fight with some friends was told not to leave that he was to wasted to drive...he said that he did not care .he crashed ,told me the whole story.. then he looked at me and ask me if i could forgive him for what he did.....i said Allen i wont judge you because i dont want you to judge me.i said i forgive you. we are human we make choices good or bad, and we live with what happens. i told him i seen him in capital theater in new jersey...love his music...he said thank you ,for forgiven him....we hugged played some more card's.. the next night we played cards was are last.........i cried all the next day........i lost another friend . . when father Ryan came to see me he ask me why my tears??? i told him my friend and room mate passed . he said to live is to die David . I replied .thats not why i am Crying,, what in the world for then?? I told him no one ever came to see him , no one and i don't want to ever go like that Father .... Ever... He handed me purple rosary beads..we prayed gave me the beads to keep as reminder that he didn't die alone me and the lord was there with him!!! R.I,P....MY FRIEND ALLEN COLLINS .. I NEVER KNEW THERE WAS THIS SITE TILL TODAY.. I AM THE ONE THAT LEAVES A DECK OF CARDS AT HIS GRAVE SITE .... and yes i still have the rosary beads...

Been watching Ronnie singing in some early videos of Lynyrd Skynyrd with Ed King.With all the subject matters of the songs concerning specific issues or bad experiences. Ronnie never takes his left hand off the microphone and his right hand off the mic stand. From the interview with the woman that was there in the pics of Kathy Godsey's visit with Allen ( Beulah?) She had said Gary & Martha were "good people" but that the next time she saw Martha after their divorce she had a baby on her hip. Perhaps she wanted a child but the constant being separated took it's toll.... Shame. The funny thing is that with Dale they had their kids boom bang. Close together.
