Looks like the Suspension is kind of Bottomed Out, Josh. What do you plan for that? Maybe they make Brass Springs! /s How about some Brass Links -like 3/8" rod. I know you could fab up some Brass Bumpers. You got a long way to go yet!
@TrillMurray2 жыл бұрын
I just built a really heavy truggy trx4 with a solid steel welded cage. Having the weight up high, too made the body roll and weight transfer more scale than I ever could have hoped. It's a joy to drive and somehow you can feel the weight through the transmitter lol
@Steve_R2 жыл бұрын
Looking good. I would put a roof rack on it and then have a cast lead canoe on there for the scale points. It would add another 20 lbs or so.

Nothing to do with weight but you need a Livestream when you finally run that beast. Fully charged 30,000mah lipo till dead. Nonstop. Lol
@devildog31252 жыл бұрын
Ok Josh after you say your all said and done adding brass to that rig then you gotta look at your transmitter that your using for that TRX4 and add brass weights to that transmitter cause for #1 You need to feel the weight in your hands as you drive that beast!..🤣

Yup I used the hr ultimate brass weights in the front of my tactical. And brass portal covers for the back. I like to get the diff covers too. And I'm happy with the weight.

@zachkoepp22472 жыл бұрын
Possibly black metal running boards, metal bumpers and a winch (Obvious but not out of the blue weight addiction), the traxxas long arm lift kit?, then bigger crawling tires with more rigid foams? All Obvious but not out of the ordinary in my opinion

@kyleg89282 жыл бұрын
Fill the tires with lead shot, No8 should do it. Use fine grind salt as suspension medium. At least 1.5 lbs per tire. Or fill them with wire pulling lube.
@JIMJAMSC Жыл бұрын
Hell all I did to my TRX4 2021 Bronco was add a expensive RC4WD roof rack and it totally ruined its handling even at lower speeds while turning. Now with heavy metal front/rear bumpers, a large 3s lipo, it helps offset the top heavy feel but any jumps even small makes this THUD. Heavy accel has me waiting for some $$ and time consuming trans/gear repairs. If one can say slow, no jumps and crawl go for it.

Basically just the shoulder to the holder style (welding term) I think if you give it a whirl it does good. Just pick a body your ok with destroying lol.
