They 100% should. But, I think it's a few things. The surprise factor, many stealth up and get an E off which knocks 2 bars instantly. The myth factor.. all the gank videos are of BP and the constant kills they get. They're often grouped so fighting back seems pointless, the quick option is to run and maybe? you run into a group of folks so that when he kills you he will die too. And due to all of that people don't have experience actually fighting BP so they don't even know how to duel it. They also often IP tank so even while the person already made thr decision to run, when they inspect and see higher IP it confirms that they shouldn't fight. Idk, just what I think from seeing it for years.
