Bhai ek 30*25sq.feet(sirf west side road h baki other property h ) ka design bna sakte ho kya G+2 floor ka jisme ground floor pe parking, living room, kitchen, pooja room, washroom, ek bedroom ho G+0.5-G+2 tak ( Height maintain karne ke liye ek bda hall de dena ya roof 2 chote floor me de dena. Kosis karna bhai G+0.5 se upar tak kam se kam 3 room bne ( ventilation/light ke liye open space center me ho planter area aur sitting area ke sath, mezzanine floor jarur use karna, center space ke left aur right dono me) Top floor gardening, washing aur ...baki bhai aap itni acchi design banate ho.
