Awesome stuff, Evan! Loved the arctic snowshoe followed by the “warm up” in the sugar shack! I’ve been putting that syrup on everything. It’s become the thing that makes me smile the most in my overnight oats. About to receive a shipment of pancake mix made from popcorn.😯 You know y’alls syrup is going on top! Bravo!

I find this so fascinating. I visited a sugar shack in Quebec once but didn’t get such a detailed explanation of how it all works. Thanks for sharing. Have you done this before or are you learning as you go?

How's she goin'? Pretty cold weather eh. Not normally an issue if you're prepared for it but still nothing to be taken lightly. I really like your sugar shack. The RO system looks pretty nice too. That'll save you a lot of wood. It'll be interesting to see how well it works for you. Good luck with your season. I won't be doing sap this year, too much other stuff going on right now. They are great!! I've only taken them out like twice this winter, its pathetic 🙄 but in those few times I already love them way more than my Tubbs
