In the beginning is ok to land in places where sweats are not going so you can loot free and place yourself in better position so you don’t get involved in fights where you have disadvantage in your weaknesses Maybe that’s the aim Maybe the movement or maybe you are not so good yet in the game That’s ok I did the same But after 2-3 years of practice I land on hotspot The reason why we land in the places where sweats are going is because if we kill the good players in the beginning the game becomes more easy and we have the advantage of flow We are warmed from the early fights so is easy later to keep the flow and the energy Also we get helicopter so we can get more kills More control of the map and the situation and also getting our guns faster So yeah In the beginning is smart to land away from the enemies But the thing is that you will meet those guys in the game eventually or they will come to you and when they find you is hard to defend players who have gained more kills and flow in the game So be smart about it And also believe in yourself Don’t get scared of skins or fancy guns Get to the fight to learn even if you die

Also depends on your hud for me example it’s bad to hold to ads because it will effect my index finger and I use my index finger to use around You can try this so you understand what I mean -> hold your right middle finger on the screen and try to move your right index finger on the screen It’s way slower than not having the middle finger on the screen so basically if I play with hold to ads I have to change my hud otherwise it’s effects my indexfinger Idk about your hud but I hope I could help you If the hud is not the problem just go in practice mode and practice it for a couple of hours Your brain needs to get used to the new setting some take longer some faster it’s normal
